Unbelievable but true, the great actor and comedian Robin Williams passed away this morning (August 11). Authorities think the cause of death was suicide due asphyxiation, this because the recent months the actor of 63 years went through a severe depression. By now the authorities are making an investigation about what happened.
Born in Chicago, Illinois on July 1, 1951,  he didn´t show interest in the world of acting until 1967, when his family moved to
Marina Country, California where he  found out his vocation and entered the prestigious acting academy: Juilliard school in NY. 3 years later the actor moved to San Francisco searching for an opportunity in theater, and in 1976 he was finally  hired.
Nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor three times, Williams received the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Good Will Hunting, where he worked next to Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. He also received two Emmy Awards, four Golden Globes, two Screen Actors Guild Awards and five Grammy Awards

Some of his best known performances were in the films Jumanji, Mrs. Doubtfire, Patch Adams, Bicentennial Man among others.

Today the world mourns, but certainly this brilliant actor has left a great legacy: his charisma and the esence of his movies.  Rest in Peace, Robin Williams :,(

Increíble pero cierto, el gran actor y comediante Robin Williams falleció hoy (11 de Agosto) a las 12 am. Se especula que pudo tratarse de un suicidio por asfixia, pues los últimos meses el actor de 63 años pasaba por una severa depresión. Por ahora las autoridades realizan una investigación acerca de lo sucedido.
 Nacido en Chicago, Illinois el 1 de Julio de 1951, no mostró interés en el mundo de la actuación hasta 1967, cuando su familia se trasladó a Marina Country, California  donde Robin se interesó en el teatro y por azares del destino ingresó a la prestigiosa escuela de actuación Juilliard School en NY. 3 años más tarde el actor se trasladó a San Francisco en busca de un papel en obras teatrales, y en 1976 su vida cambió cuando pasó la prueba y fue contratado.
Ganador de un Oscar gracias a su excelente actuación en la película Good Will Hunting, donde colaboró con Ben Affleck y Matt Damon, también fue acreedor de cinco Grammys, cuatro Globos de Oro y 2 Emmy awards.
Algunas de sus actuaciones más conocidas fueron en las películas Jumanji, Mrs. Doubtfire, Patch Adams, el Hombre Bicentenario entre otras.
Hoy el mundo está de luto, pero sin duda este brillante actor ha dejado un gran legado, las emociones y momentos que hizo pasar a cada uno de sus seguidores. Descansa en Paz, Robin Williams.  :,(
